Overview

The goals of the LET Institute are not only to provide training in leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology, but to also encourage women to embrace the power within, know their value, use their voices, and take control of their destiny.   During Orientation, which will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, you will learn more about the partnering organizations, meet our instructors who are leaders within their respective fields, and our business and professional members. 

Objectives

The objectives of the LET Institute are: 

  • To provide the tools and resources for women to enter and advance in leadership roles in professional and community settings.

  • To provide women with the steps to become entrepreneurs, create small businesses, and move to close the racial wealth gap.

  • To become proficient in technology and address the digital divide in Black communities.

  • To increase the power and status of women in various spheres of life, from personal autonomy to economic stability and political representation.

  • To recognize "Health is our first and greatest wealth.”

    Guidelines

  • There is no cost to enroll and participate in the Institute.

  • The Institute consists of twelve (12) 60-minute class sessions plus Orientation.

  • Participants will meet according to the calendar provided.

  • Classes will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
