Welcome to the Atlanta Chapter!

One of the top 5 best cities for Black-owned businesses

According to the U.S. Census Bureau

Meet Justin Buck: Justin is the founder of PearLRolling and the winner of FeverPitch 2023. Originally from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Buck’s entrepreneurial journey started at just 18, when he relocated to Atlanta, GA to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Management at Morehouse College.

In his college years, Justin experimented with various products for rolling his cannabis, trying everything from papers, cones, blunts, wraps, and leaves. None of the options provided the ease he was looking for, so he began handcrafting his innovative, now patented, boat design every time he wanted to roll up. When he shared his unique method with his friends and classmates, they embraced it and started using it too. It was at this moment that inspiration struck and a business idea was born.

Justin initiated the patent application process while still in college, which took three years in total to be approved. In November 2021, PearLRolling was officially launched, and today, the brand can be found in 15 retail locations and on Amazon, with future plans for nationwide expansion.
