Krishnan Padmanabhan, Esq.
Krishnan (KP) is experienced in all aspects of patent litigation, including performing pre-filing investigations, handling complex discovery, preparing for and presenting at Markman hearings, working with fact and expert witnesses, and preparing and presenting the case for trial. He represents clients in an array of technologies, including telecommunications, networking, semiconductors, and medical devices. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an engineer focused on commercial and next generation semiconductor technology.
Diana Hughes Leiden, Esq.
Diana practices trademark, copyright, right of publicity, and antitrust litigation, focusing on emerging technology and Internet issues.
